  1. Détaillez le poireau en tronçons. Épluchez la carotte et coupez les shiitakés en deux. Ôtez la base du pack choï et coupez-le en tronçons.
  2. La sauce sukiyaki:
    Versez tous les ingrédients dans une petite casserole, portez à ébullition tout en mélangeant pour bien dissoudre le sucre. Réservez hors du feu.
